04. Sourcing and TransactionsListings and Purchases
We do not list third-party vendors directly. Instead, we provide products and solutions for buyers.
All transactions are routed through us, and we provide
back-to-back integrated warranties.
Fees: We may charge fees for certain transactions or premium features. Any applicable fees and payment terms will be clearly communicated before you complete a transaction.
05. Intellectual Property
Havmek Content All content provided by us—including text, graphics, logos, images, and software—belongs to Havmek and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
User Content: You retain ownership of your User Content, but by submitting it, you grant us the rights described in

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Havmek shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or revenues arising from your use of the Services or any products or services obtained through the platform.
